My friend is taking lot of medicine she can possibility have an HIV infection?!

I doubt it. If she has aids then maybe. Also people don't display if they have HIV, so it's not something your friend would want to tell everybody about because this world doesn't accept them. The next time you go to the mall you will pass several people wit the HIV virus. Don't worry about your friend she is in gods hands.

There are many people who take various medications for a multitude of reasons. Without knowledge of which medications your friend is taking, any of their symptoms or their history it isn't possible to answer your question.
If this is a close friend you would likely know why they're on medication. Please know that even if this person is HIV positive, you cannot become infected by being their friend; an exchange of body fluids has to take place in order to contract the virus.
If this person is more than a friend, get to know them better before the relationship leads to a situation that would or could put you in a compromising position.
