No! You're totally fine! Don't worry. It's either cramps, as you suggested, or maybe your body's trying to get rid of the food you ate.

You can take some tylenol or motrin and see if it goes away. The diarrhea could be related to the food you ate and the pain could be cramping because your period is getting ready to start. You can do the watch and wait and see how this progresses. If it is appendicitis, it will get progressively worse and worse, despite the use of either tylenol or motrin.

Try these tricks:

When there is abdominal pain, push down in the spot that it hurts the most. Does it hurt more when you are pushing in, or when you let go? If it hurts most when you let go, that's called rebound tenderness, and it's likely to be appendicitis.

Lay on your back, and lift your right leg without bending your knee. If it hurts really bad, it's likely to be appendicitis.

Symptoms of Appendicitis: Abdominal pain or swelling, appetite loss, nausea and vomiting, difficulty passing gas, and changes in bowel movements (constipation or DIARRHEA).

Try these tricks and if you have appendicitis tell someone if you don't live alone. If theres nobody at home or u live alone either go to the hospital or call an ambulance:P

No. It's probably food poisoning from the food or just your period coming. With appendicitis, you would be in severe pain. It would start around the navel area and then move to the right side and become more severe. You would know.

It sounds like gas to me.
