I have Trichotillomania?!

I have Trichotillomania?

I'm 15 and I've had it for about half a year, and it's tearing my life apart! Does anyone know how to get rid of it withut counseling or meds (my parents are extremely religious and don't believe in that type of thing, all they do is pray.) I feel like I've tried everything and am running out of sources. People with trich only please! I don't have trich,but I understand that you may be able to find an online peer-support group. You may also find some answers by looking up Habit Reversal Training. Hope this helps.
