Have been running a fever for 5 days straight now?!?!

I was just recently diagnosed with strep and had a fever of almost 103.0 and was put on antibiotics. I also had a large lump on my left shoulder blade that they thought was a sebaceous cyst. Unfortunately, it's very infected. It's swollen and red and it has been pussing. My strep is definitely gone and I feel fine except I feel like I could pass out and I've been really dizzy and cannot breath very well and my fever is still going up to 102.0

I'd go back to the E.R., but they made me feel like crap the last time I went like everything was in my head. I can't get into a Dermatologist till I get a referral and that could be another 4-5 days from now. What do you suggest I should do? Does this sound bad? I'm worried some kind of infection is spreading from the ruptured cyst under my skin. Any help or stories would be great right now!
