How do you safely remove a mole/birthmark?!

Question: How do you safely remove a mole/birthmark?

I have this mole/birthmark ermm, down there and it really bothers me and it makes me embarrassed too. I know they say that moles and birthmarks can now carry cancer and I think mine does. It itches all the time (I know, I know i'm sorry) and I want to know how I can safely remove it, possible without surgery.

I had a birthmark with splotchy edges removed and tested for cancer. Was negative. You should definitely see your doctor who may refer you to a dermotologist. I was a soldier in Iraq at the time and had it cut ifofd with a razor blade while using local anesthetic. However do NOT attempt to do this yourself as you could seriously injure or scar yourself. See your doc it's nothing to be envarrased about. It's just the human body and we all have "imperfections"

you could only do it with surgery cus you dont know how deep it goes or if there are any nerves around it
