I'd like to know how to get rid of my lisp or at least make it less noticea!

Question: I'd like to know how to get rid of my lisp or at least make it less noticeable?
I say my 'S' using the back of my tongue and my lower back teeth. It's pretty bad according to people. I also know it's bad. I DON'T WANT AN ANSWER THAT SAYS: GO SEE A SPEECH THERAPIST.
I need an explanation on how to position my tongue, where to locate my tongue, how my teeth should be positioned, etc.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!

You didn't acquired your ability to pronounce s sounds properly.
It's really hard to explain the position of my tongue when I make s sounds, but I'll try
The front part of my tongue is on a sort of curve with the tip of my tongue at the lowest point (which is the middle of the bottom row of my front teeth). From there on, it goes upward, all the way to the roof of my mouth (the part of my tongue that touches the roof of my mouth is like, the bottom of the front of my mouth- if that makes sense). From there, my tongue just kinda goes down. When I am making the s sound, the tongue that is 1/2 way in between the middle (the 1/2 that's toward the roof of my mouth) of the very tip of my tongue and the part that is touching the roof of my mouth ends up also touching the roof of my mouth.
That's the best I can explain it. It may be hard to understand what I wrote when you first read it, but maybe you should just try reading over it a couple of times.

Hope I helped.
