I came to the conclusion cancer cuz my friend said it sounded like lukemia....just wanted a professional opinion

This is almost certainly an infectious disease - not a malignancy.
With a terrible cough, headache, body aches, exhaustion,
trouble breathing - in February - think of a severe viral infection - influenza.
? Fever ? ? Flu shot last Fall ?
See your regular doctor or go to urgent care with your parents within the next 24 hours.

Leukemias or childhood cancers usually not just pop up like this.

I know you just want to put your mind at ease, but the internet isn't the best place to be asking this question. Those do sound like alarming symptoms, however; it doesn't necessarily mean you have leukemia or another type of cancer. Only a doctor can determine this. I think you should see your doctor and have a blood test done - it could be something as simple as a bad infection. Good luck!

This is not the place for a professional opinion. Im unsure as to what it is. But i know youre only young, and probably scared. But please get help! Tell your parents and go to the doctors. It is better to find out early so they have a better chance of helping with whatever it is. Hope youre okay x
I ask what do you eat?? Do you eat healthy? You are what you eat. Cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. So get some healthy alkalizing whole foods in that body so your cells can suck up some of that lifeforce. Stay away from the junk and eat healthy.
Anyone who gets you all worried for nothing in here is an irresponsible jerk. No one can diagnose cancer over the internet. Just go to a Dr. and if you don't have one go to a Hospital.
Sounds more like a virus than anything else.
At 13, you should be telling your parents if you are unwell so they can arrange the appropriate medical care.
