had oral sex. I feel really weak and had fever earlier, but not peeing much. I sometimes feel a bit of itch down. Is it true the symptoms of STD appear in one week? I'm a girl, btw

Doesn't matter if there was sperm or not, some stds are passed just by having skin contact or exchange of body fluids. Stds don't usually show up that fast, they usually take a few weeks to show symptoms.
If your symptoms continue for more then a week or two or if they get worse then you may want to see a doctor.
You know what would suck? Having a conversation like this with your mom.
