its like if he has mucas on his nose and and he cant really breath and he sneezes a lot

Answers:

Hi,
You should have posted this under dogs.
Is he a short nosed flat-faced breed? They make lots of noisy snuffles.
Is the mucous clear or yellow? He needs to see a vet if it is yellow. If it is clear, you might try Benadryl at mg/pound dosage. A ten pound peke would be able to take ten mg of Benadryl in doses four hours apart.
When you say trouble breathing, do you mean like wheezing? or just snuffleing in his nose like some dogs do? Is he coughing like he has a sore throat (kennel cough)? Is his nose spotting blood with a stuffy nose (possibly distemper)?
If he seems to be making sounds from his chest he does need to see a vet right away. If it is just his nose, think about all the things you could tell people and repost this on the dog board. You will get lots of answers from breeders who will understand your particular dog's breed and problems. His age and vaccination history is important to know too. (You would worry more about chf in a 10yo than you would a 10 month old dog.)
And like another poster said, a vet could fix this. If you just can't get to one right now, do repost with more information because people much smarter than me will be able to give you some suggestions.
I hope your dog gets better quickly.
