How long can you wait to go to the doc if u have testicular cancer or think you do?

i recently realized a bump on my right testicle bout 4 or 5 days ago and i made a doctors appointment but my doc is booked and wont be able to take me till the 19th of july which is to long for me to be thinking if i have cancer or not but i was wondering how long can you wait for it not be to treated i no you should get it checked asap but cant so information would be nice

i am really praying it is not cancer no one in my family has ever had testicular cancer and i no some of the symptoms is that if it hurts its more likely not to be cancer and sometimes it hurts when i touch the lump and sometimes it doesn't but i am going to see if i can get another doc
