Pimple Problem - IT WON'T POP?

I can't pop my zit
it's red and has the white puss thing in the middle
It hurt alot even when I try to pop itt, is there any techniques I can use.. any formula or something I just wan't it to go away soon, and atleast have the white part gone by tomorrow.

It's by my mouth but almost on my chin
I have difficulty opening my mouth big b/c it hurts

It also hurts when I touch it

Should I just leave it, not pop it?
I wash my face every single day (twice), and I always have. I sometimes put cream on it. Do you think face cream would help if I put it on more often or what?

If your used to popping and you know you don't scar then go ahead and pop it. If it hurts too much to touch, get a thin sewing needle, clean it with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, then use it to puncture the white part. Wipe away the white puss with a alcohol soaked cotton ball. Then let it heal. Good Luck. I know that no one wants to walk around with a white head on their face.
