Question:

What is this??

I just ate pizza and something strange is happening to my mouth and my butt!!

For my mouth, my mouth opens and this odd sound comes out along with air or something- am I dying??!!

As for my butt, a strange sound comes out with an unpleasant smell- is that a sign of cancer?
