Question: What can cause a red pen dot rash?

I look like someone took a red pen and just went to town on my upper thighs and groin area. I have not changed laundry detergent, or anything and the cloths I was wearing was my lounge cloths so I wear them all the time. It itches and I took benedryl but it didnt do anything at all but make me sleepy...what in the world could cause this kind of rash?!

This sounds to me like be flea bites, mites, or an allergic reaction to something. A dermatologist could tell you definitively.
