I get these strange pains and no one seems to know what they are. I need help!?

On occasion, I seem to get flashes of pictures in front of my eyes. Usually when I see them, I realize that these images have come from dreams I’ve had, recent or not. When viewing these images, my brain fells like it's trying to identify what was occurring in them, and trying to place the faces I see, to people I may know. It's almost fells like Deja Vu. As soon as they are over however, my head starts to throb and my stomach feels like it is twisting. Some times the pain is so unbearable, I fall to the floor. One time, all my muscles fatigued, and I lost balance and fell. I don't understand what is wrong with me.

And...It has NEVER lead to a migraine...any headaches I have gotten have been brief.

In all seriousness....go to a psychiatrist.
I'm not joking here.
