can u get post nasal drip symptoms, sore throat and nasal congestion from chain smoking 3 or 4 cigarettes in particular malbaro lights after being a light smoker (2 or 3 per week) and completely quitting for two months?

Smoking Ciggs can do all sorts of things to you especially after quitting! I can say that, because I used to be a smoker, and if I am around them, or have one, I get all stuffy and kind of sick to my stomach.
