I'm having a non stop pulse in my bottom eyelid?!

Question: I'm having a non stop pulse in my bottom eyelid?
I've been having this non stop for 10 minutes now. I can see my eye twitching in the mirror. What does this mean?

I get this, usually last me until i wake up the next morning. Never done me any harm... just irritating! I think it's a trapped nerve somewhere, and loosens up.

A deficiency of magnesium and potassium can cause this. Try purchasing a magnesium powder with magnesium, potassium, taurine, glutamine and B6 in the ingredients. It may take a week or so to stop it from comming back but you will notice a decrease in the symptoms within a couple of days. Also make sure you are drinking at least 2 litres of straight water perday to keep you hydrated All the best.

ohh man i hate it when that happens to me, it happens in other parts of my body too but the eye is the worst..from what ive been told, it means the muscles are tired......after a good weight lifting workout, my muscles will twitch uncontrollably cuz they're tired...i guess its the same for ur eye maybe u've been squinting or been awake for a while

Take some multivitamins. Eat a banana. You may have low potassium or calcium or magnesium. I used to get them once a week but since taking a multivitamin everyday I haven't had one in a month.

Multiple eye twitches
