i have a black and purple bump on the outside of my breast it hurts but the rest!

You must be worried. From the description it sounds like a haematoma- like a bruise but blood collects under the skin. This would usually be the result of some trauma or maybe friction. However the numbness is odd and I can't think of a rational explanation except that the breast tissue is very sensitive and if you've been hit there you may be feeling nothing as a result of the nerves being overstimulated. However, all this is conjecture and I am not a trained health care Professional. To put your mind at rest if you are young it is statistically very unlikely for you to have any form of cancer but although this is the case you may have an infection or an injury requiring further treatment so get to a doctor as soon as you can.

yah thats bad... get a doctor to check it out. of maybe it happened when u didnt even feel it or noticed it was happening. or maybe you were in a fight and you thought that person didnt hit you there but they probably did.
