Honey what I hear is a cry for help dealing with some festering psychological pain. Rest assured, your parents do love you. May be they don't say it as often as you would like to hear, but they do love you. They most assuredly do not hate you.

Liver cancer takes many years to develop. You can use tylenol for years and not develop liver cancer for twenty years or more.
What you have done by taking nine pills is tried to commit suicide. Each pill contains 500mg of acetaminophen. 500x9= 4500mg, or 2 and 1/2 times the recommended safe dosage. Please tell your mom and dad at once. They can call an ambulance for you, or bring you to the ER. The Dr. there can refer you to a specialist. For your own sake honey please do this now.

Liver cancer takes many many years to form. So if Tylenol caused liver cancer, you would be dealing with it in your middle age. What Tylenol does do is damage your liver. It happens within hours of taking it. Your parents don't hate you. But if you do stuff like this they are probably at their wit's end on how to deal with you.
