cystitus.....how do you get it and how do you get rid of it?!

Question: Cystitus.....how do you get it and how do you get rid of it?
Answers:

Cystitis is inflammation caused commonly by a urinary tract infection.

Women can sometimes pick up infections by using the toilet - which can be avoided by "wiping from front to back" with clean pieces of toilet paper per "wipe".
Partners can share urinary tract infections via sexual interaction - using protection will prevent this.

Cystitis and thrush are sometimes confused as both can cause a pain while the patient urinates.
To try to relieve the pain associated with urinary tract infections, you might want to drink plenty of water to try to dilute the concentration of the urine and help to "flush" the bacteria out of your system.
As others have mentioned, cranberry juice prevents bacteria adhesion.

A common antibiotic for urinary tract infections is trimethoprim. This is normally taken twice a day and can be prescribed in 100mg and 200mg tablets (to a maximum of 200mg twice a day).
If you are worried about visiting your doctor about this, I would recommend trying the non-medical options first. If the problem persists for more than a week, I would definately book an appointment.

Its an inflamation of something down there.. you can get it from having too much or rough sex or equally just have too many toxins in your body that causes a high level of bacteria that causes it and it can be passed on from sex so if your with a partner wait till its cleared up or use a condom, , you can buy stuff from supermarkets and chemist often found by the tampons and stuff like a sachet of powder you mix with water and drink, or another good remedy is cranberry juice, that brings down the levels of bacteria in your body to normal

I used to get it from a variety of causes ; too much sex, being dehydrated, drinking acidic drinks ( orange juice ect ) bubble baths or purfumed shower gels, stress...anythings basically! Cranberry juice is the best preventative measure, as it stops bacteria sticking to the bladder wall. However when it strikes the best stuff will be from a doc or chemist. If its persists you may need anti-biotics
Good luck i know its hell!

you should go to doctor.
