If you have an xray to look for cancer yes but I very much doubt you have cancer. Everyone worries about getting that. Do you smoke? Smokers are prone to chest infections. cancer doesn't cause chest infections, and yes it would show up on an x-ray, as would emphysema or any other serious lung condition.
