there's lot's of things which can cause pain in the chest. simply eating dodgy food can do it.
with a heart attack, it's extremely rare for a younger person to have one - mainly because they are caused by plaques (made from fats deposited over many years) which break off somewhere in the circulation and get blocked in the blood vessels around your heart.

because your so young, it's really unlikely that you will have had enough time to build up these plaques.

usually in a heart attack you will get other symptoms which you can look out for - these are feeling extremely sick - a tight crushing feeling around the chest, sweating, pain in your jaw / arm (very painful) and it's said that the pain is so bad that you cannot talk / move.

Most likely wind or muscle strain, a heart attack is a pain you will never forget, i have had one and there was no warning which is usual..Very rare for someone your age to have an attack.

anyone of any age could have a heart attack but it would be v rare at your age.

it's most likely to be caused by anxiety (stress), but i would go and see your doctor just in case.

Unless you have heart disease, or an arrhythmia, or any other heart ailment at your age, then absolutely not.

you should go to doctor.

its probably gas?

and a small child can have a heart attack. anyone can
