It's somewhat serious but it is still early, you should probably get on some kind of cholesterol control medication however.

There are two coronary arteries (left and right). If the block is in the left coronary artery, the main pumping of the oxygenated blood to the various parts of the body will be affected proportionately.
The left main coronary artery typically runs for 1 to 25 mm and then bifurcates into the anterior interventricular artery (also called left anterior descending (LAD)) artery and the left circumflex artery (LCX).
The LAD typically supplies 45-55% of the left ventricle (LV).
The LCX supplies the posterolateral (back & side areas) left ventricle and the anterolateral (front & side) papillary muscle.
Lifestyle changes can help you prevent or slow the progression of coronary artery disease.
* Stop smoking.
* Control your blood pressure.
* Check your cholesterol. Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet, which includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish, vegetables, poultry, and egg whites. Use monounsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola oils or polyunsaturated oils such as corn, safflower, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils. Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.
* Keep diabetes under control.
* Get moving. With your doctor's OK, aim for 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity most or all days of the week.
* Eat healthy foods.(Adopt DASH diet)
* Maintain a healthy weight.
* Manage stress.

10% means that 1/10th of the chamber is clogged and could lead to higher blood pressure, and reduced flow. As it goes, if the diet and exercise are not started and kept regular, it could lead to a heart attack or death.

yes it could be serious but as it is in early stage it can be cured.
