breathing troubles, heart burn, insomnia, and more?!

Question: Breathing troubles, heart burn, insomnia, and more?
First off, i can't get to the doctor because my dad thinks there is nothing wrong with me. but i'm concerned because i've had heart burn problems for about a year or so now and during the summer i had a bad cough(and my dad thought nothing was wrong then) and now i've had a breathing issue since october that's like, 4 months and it's getting worse. my breathing problems are that when i wake up in the mornings and now even at night sometime before i go to bed i am short of breath and when i try catching my breath my chest hurts. i have always had an insomnia problem even when i was a baby(strange i know) but it's been getting much worse. i haven't had 6 hours of sleep in 8 days. also, i keep getting a smaller and smaller appetite and my face is as pale as a vampire's now. i'm also losing alot of weight lately and when i eat more than a package of poptarts at a time i feel sick to my stomach. i've also been getting head aches lately and my sense of taste, vision, hearing, and touch are all starting to decrease gradually. mainly the first two. my heart burn is also getting worse even though i've been taking medicine recently. even if the medicine is my dad's because i haven't been to a doctor to get anything yet. any clue what's wrong with me? i'm also 17

Could be results of long term heart burn. Could be stress or anxiety. Can you get your mom to take you to the doctor? What about talking to the school nurse? Is there a free clinic where you live? Are there any family members who can talk to your dad about how important your health is? long term heart burn can cause serious problems if not treated. If nothing else, I would go straight to the dr. when you turn 18 if you still have heartburn. I hope this helps.
