You can't. But you can cut your hair and do your make up so that the focal point is not on your ears and nose. Maybe use somewhat dramatic eye makeup but then light blush and a soft lip gloss. With your hair, cut it in layers around your face and don't have the first layer begin at your nose. If you want short choppy layers, have swoopy bangs start at your eyes and if you want long layers, have the first one start at your chin. When you wear your hair up, pull some hair around your face so that it will hide your ears.
