Will my scarring ever completely heal?
ive been on accutane for about 5 months now and all of my acne is pretty much gone.
lately ive been noticing that my skin is really smooth to the touch, but it looks bumpy and rough due to the acne scars.
will my scarring ever go away?
is there any treatment that can help?

Acne scars are somewhat unlike typical scars. If you give it time I think you will begin to see a huge improvement as you continue to take the medication. Don't use any harsh topical treatments on your skin; it's healing.
Typically, scars are pretty much permanent, although they may fade slowly over time and blend into your skin a bit more.
Some people choose to get laser light treatments or dermabrasion later in life. Just give it time, be happy that your skin is better than it was, and see how it works out for you.
