Question: What can i take to curb hunger pangs i am always hungry?
i need to lose two stone but i am always starving hungry . i usually have eggs on brown toast 4 breakfast and tuna salad and soup for lunch and usually tuna steak a casserole or chicken 4 dinner . im always starving shall i start drinking protein shakes ?

Celery sticks are great for this low in sugars, and high in fiber, with a net calorie loss.



add some saturated fats to your diet plan. Saturated fats sate appetite and keep persons happier and less hungry for hours. Have butter on your toast. Fry your eggs in butter.

You will find just a little fats in your food plan prevent the "Starvin Marvins".

Fats DO NOT contribute to weight gain, but conversly help with weight loss. They satisfy appetite like you wouldn't believe. But warning!! Do not over do!! Do not add too much, just a little, like the butter on the toast.



Try drinking lots of water throughout the day and u may find yourself less hungry!
