Every morning I wake up feeling like my eyes are sticky and tired, could my eyes have an infection?
I noticed that there's like a film or something over my eyes that is kind of sticky. When I put in my contacts I was able to see it and so i took out my contacts. There was this light yellow-green stuff on the contact and I washed it off. What is this crazyness???

If you wake up every morning with sticky eyes you may be suffering from what is called dry eyes. You should see an eye specialist and he will let you know if this is the case. You may need lubricant eye drops to minimize the discomfort your eyes will experience due to dry eyes. Good luck and I hope you get better.
