Organ selling is illegal. You can donate you kidney, though. Just call a local hospital. Of course you'll have to fill out lots of paper work and stuff, but you'll be helping someone in need.

Ahem, I think you are a bit mistaken. Donating organs is a responsible, nice thing to do. SELLING them, on the other hand, is unsafe, and VERY illegal. PLEASE do not get donating and selling confused, as they are COMPLETELY different.

but selling the organ not only very bad, it is also a illegal.
