May reduce the growth rate in children and has been associated with worsening of aggressive behavior; notify your physician if your child displays aggression or hostility; make sure your physician monitors your child’s weight and height. May impair ability to perform activities requiring mental alertness or physical coordination. May be habit-forming; avoid abrupt discontinuation after prolonged use. Limit caffeine; avoid alcohol and the herbal medicine St John's wort. May cause dry mouth.
