Question: Can I take 3 Advil's at a time?
I'm 6'7 and I sprained my ankle pretty badly, and 2 Advil's just don't make all the pain go away.

yes. I think they are 200 mg each? doctors often prescribe 800 mg doses for pain.
taking 3 advils may be a serious risk depending on blood pressure or other heart related issues. some may find advil will not increase in effectiveness with higher doses and if pain persists should take an anti-inflamitory and contact your doctor for any other recommended treatment or medications.
It probably will take a trip to the ER for some real relief, so probably, no.
