You might have an infection going on. Cleanse the area with some warm water, then dab a little hydrogen peroxide on it and cover it lightly (no cotton) To protect it from dirt. If it's still the same in a about a day or two, swing by a doctor for treatment.

This is a third degree burn caused by a pencil eraser. You can keep it clean apply peroxide three times a day or more and light gauze if needed. I've also found antibiotic ointments helpful for burns. start the process immediately because it sounds as if it's getting infected.
