Are you old, young, man , woman? Dumb , Smart?
LETS use a base blood pressure and go from there..
120/80 is commonly referred to as "NORMAL"
There is no good low and high blood pressure. The closer to 120/80, the better.
As far as pulse, about 60-70 at rest
The closer to 60 at REST, the better.
BUT, lower than 60 can be cause for concern, in some cases, if one is NOT a seasoned athlete.

Try a GOOGLE search. You'd be amazed what you can find out..
And you know where you can stick the THUMB. ..yes, right down your um.. ?????

Normal BP can run anywhere from 90/60 to 120/80. I know a lot of people with a BP of 90/60. Too many people think you have to have a BP of 120/80 but what ever is right for you within that range is a normal BP. Pulse can run from 60-100. Most people have a pulse of 70-80 and that's ok but if it were 100 that's ok since it is with in normal range. As a paramedic and PA I have seen a range of different rates for different people. I even know one lady whose normal temperature runs from 96.6 to 97.5 and she is fine, if she goes up to 98.6 she has a fever. So normal is what is normal for you and you always need more than one reading to know what your normal is. Hope this helps.

Normal blood pressure is 120/80. But it ranges from person to person. Say if your BP is 130/90 then your ok.
