Corn, raw paprika and things that is not cooked enough. (even carrots) will float pass your digestive system because we don't have the same system as cows and rabbits a.o.
As long as you are healthy and not abnormally tired the system is running good. (gas and strange smell over time is not normal) Try with yogurt to normalize the bacterial flora, or tablets with digestive flora additive.
Blueberry slows down the system.

I don't think there is anything wrong exactly. There are some foods that our digestive system cannot completely break down. Corn is one such food.... So unless you're seeing pieces of a lot of different things that you have eaten, I would not worry. But - if it concerns you greatly, I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor for a checkup.
