my boss says when ban comes in i will have to go 50 yards away from the building to have a ciggie ! is she right? where i have my ciggie now is not enclosed

No he is not right. It could be a 'rule' they bring in at work but legally, you could stand on the pavement right outside the shop if you wanted to!
