Anyone on Prograf who could help me with some side effects?!

Question: Anyone on Prograf who could help me with some side effects?

Hey everyone. Ive been taking 4mm of prograf (2 in the morning, 2 in the night) since the end of August last year. I have been getting really bad joint pain recently, mostly in my knees. it hurts REALLY bad to run. Also, my hair had been getting pretty frizzy and i have been getting really bad headaches.
Has anyone else experienced this? any ideas to help my joint pain?

I am on this medication for a kidney disease called Nephrotic Syndrome that i was diagnosed with about 2 years ago. I am a 16 year old girl.

In addition it may potentially increase the severity of existing fungal or infectious conditions such as herpes zoster or polyoma viral infections.
