Question: Am I having a heart attack?

I was in bed about 15 minutes ago and my heart suddenly started beating stronger, nothing triggered it or anything. I'm not really feeling a pain in my arm, its probably just me thinking I have a heart attack and so my mind just creates the symptoms. But am I? My mum is a nurse and she has told me its probably not.
