Hey, im only 13 and i have having SEVERE chest pains. I also get dizzy, pale, lightheaded, i start sweating, my mouth/jaw hurts and knees, fatigue,i get nausea and a couple more symptoms. OH and my body is bruising easily and around knees are all discolored!!! :( It last 15-30 minutes on aveage and my heart rate goes to 120-150! I know thts not right. My family has a little medical history, but i dont. It happens at random times too. I'll be asleep, watching TV, taking notes at school, ANYTHING! so its not anxiety at all. I have nothing to cause it. Any advice? I think it could be pulmonary embolism, or unstable angina, or something but PLZ help!!! :( i just need reassuring its not all bad..and, if i get these pains, what do i do??! Like at school and everything.?!?

Wow! You would definitely check with doctor just incase to be on the safe side. I'm not really sure since I'm barely learning about heart disorders now in class and I'm No doctor, but from what you described it seems you may have Angina pectoris because that's chest pain like you mentioned and you can tell if it radiates down to your left shoulder and right arm. Also, it may be you have a (developing?) congestive heart failure that may be due to pulmonary embolism like u said... Plus, if you find it hard to breath maybe it could be pulmonary edema which would be due to a left heart sided failure. What happens is that blood backs up where it shouldnt and goes into fill up your lungs, so if you have a hard time breathing and stuff and from your other symptoms it sounds so...maybe. I'm not sure about hwy your knees are discoloured :(
That sounds really scary! Please get that checked out as soon as u can! Oh btw how long have this been going on? Really go get it checked out! hope for you all the best...

Please remember I'm NO DOCTOR! Check with yours just incase before following mine or anyone other answers here because no one else besdies u and your doctor may know for sure...good luck!

...barely learning about heart disorders and used some of my class notes/book to help answer ur question.

i would definitely go to a physician and explain your symptoms. a pulmonary embolism is a serious medical emergency and not something you walk around with for a long time.

I'm an RN

See a doctor for those issues, not the yahoos here for medical advice.

Serious spelling problems too...

Sorry.. well I'd see a doctor, that sounds like some serious condition..
