Are there any good products that can keep a person from snoring?
My boyfriend snores so loudly that I cannot sleep through the night. He doesnt want to use the nose strips that are supposed to open things up. Are there any pills/sprays that actaully work?

Yes there is a spray that really works I tried it and turned my Dad onto it. It is called SNORE STOP one application is a spray for the nose and one for the throat. They work by shrinking the soft tissue and the mucus membranes. If he carries weight around his neck, you may need a sleep study done. Do you notice him kinda gasping or holding his breath while sleeping? If so you do need to see a doctor for sleep apnea. In the meantime a second pillow under him will help to open the airway... Kinda in a sniffing position. Good luck. His headaches that he probably has in the morning will go away too!
