Hello there. Since you have a narrow urethra you are probably having difficulties urinating. In these cases the best thing to do is to have yourself checked by an urology specialist. He should be able to use a dilator to widen it a little bit if it's not too narrow. The problem with this approach is that you'll have to keep dilating yourself every now and then. Since every time you get dilated is like opening a wound urethral tissue will start forming scar tissue which will narrow your urethra again.
If your situation is severe your urologist might consider putting a urethral stent for you which should make your life a lot easier.
