I totally agree with all the answers given already. I would also like to add that you start using natural oils after steaming your face over a small tub of hot water. the steam will open the pours, then you massage in the natural oil of your choice and rinse your face then apply a face cream. It seems like a lot of work but once you get the nice healthy glow you can reduce the routine from daily to once or twice a week. I also use the natural organic products from this site:

Good luck
Exfoliating your skin is properly the most important factor in keeping your skin fresh, and radiant. You can buy a salt, or sugar scrub from the store. After you are done Exfoliating your skin, Moisturize your skin. You can also use a natural oil by itself, such as olive oil, jojoba oil or coconut oil.
Good luck!
Some get amazing results from certain skin care products while others don't. It's not just about how expensive or popular the products you are using are, but your skin also has to be compatible or well-suited with them. One of the best that I have tried is Natural Island skin care. They offer a range of organic products. I just love the smooth feel of my skin and the scent from all-natural essences is amazing. You can try their skin care for men.. no worries, they're organic.

Since you seem to be doing everything right, I would only recommend you use an exfoliator (face scrub) to help remove dead skin cells and keep your skin healthier. Use this 1-2 times per week. I was once told that if you do nothing else for your skin, you should use a scrub. This will remove the surface dead skin cells as well as speed up your skins natural exfoliation, or desquamation.
The acne could be due to hormones at your age and may decrease and disappear with time. If you are really concerned though perhaps you could consider seeing a skin specialist.
Good luck to you
