Could this be a new condition?!

Question: Could this be a new condition?
Ive had a ct scan of my head 2 years ago, chest xrays, and a tilt table test that were all negative. My symptoms dont seem to add up either, and i dont believe its a conversion disorder. Here are most of my symptoms

Fasciculations- ive had these for about 8 years now
Fainting- only happens when i tilt my head up
Popping noise on the back of my head- it stopped around a year ago but there was this distinct pop on the back of my head around where the neck and head meet, and it was always accompanied by a burning sensation
Limbs "falling asleep"- my arms and feet fall asleep very quickly and more often than usual.
Heart beat in ear- i can hear/feel something that sounds like a heart beat but it is irregular and doesnt follow a rythym, and is usually in my right ear.
Chest pains & headaches- moderate to severe headaches and chest pains that happen either alongside the fainting or in place of fainting, and fast heart rate and palpitations are always present. This only lasts for a few seconds and only happens after stretching, tilting my head, or standing up.
Dehydration- i seem to be mildly dehydrated alot no matter how much i drink.

I do not have any ear infections and my blood tests are normal, so i want your opinion--- is this something thats common in 16 yr olds, am i describing a disease you have heard of, or do u think this is something not yet discovered, or is it in my head?

Answers:

Some of those symptoms might be caused from a pinched nerve in your neck or degenerative disc disease. Hearing a heartbeat in your ear can be a normal thing. Could be an obstructed blood flow to your head (clogging arteries in your neck) with the headaches and fainting.
Dehydration can be caused from diabetes or drinking too much caffeine and sugar substitutes.
Sometimes adolescents have these feelings because of hormonal changes at this time. If any of your symptoms bother you more go to a doctor...
