How long for infection to occur?!

Question:

How long for infection to occur?

If someone's been exposed to hepatitis and hiv how long should they wait to get tested? How long will it take to show positive? What's the time frame for infection to occur?

Answers:

Actually if you know you've been exposed to hepatitis and hiv you can reduce your chances of getting it by getting treated now. You can get a Hep A or B vaccine even after exposure if you don't wait too long. If its C then your SOL.

As for HIV, you can also take drugs that are thought to lessen your chance of infection if you start soon enough after exposure.

Don't wait on these thing for it to show up at that point it may be too late to do anything.
