why do i have such bad anxiety?!

Question: Why do i have such bad anxiety?
I don't know for sure if thats the right term for it..
I get nervous way to easily. At the age 10 i started chewing my hands out of nervousness and my hands today are still red and scarred. I was never abused to yelled at. I never even got spanked as a child. My parents were always content, no arguing. i am now 17 and i think its getting worse everyday. When i am looked at by someone my face turns beat red and i shake all over. i feel like i can barely stand.
when i was nine, my father died. it was hard for me and my mom, and my three sisters.
when i was ten, i had an ependectamy. (my appendix were bad, i went into sugery)
when i was 11, my mom remarried. this was also hard for me.
when i was 13, my step brother died.
when i was 16, my grandmother died.
I have lived in 13 places. and been to 10 different schools.

i think maybe that my life was a little tragic and i have anxiety..but some peoples lives are worse so i dont want to complain to anyone. ..
if any heath/doctors read this..could you maybe tell me whats wrong??

also. when i get looked at by someone other than very close family, my heart increases sooo much and my stomach feels like it dropped and my knees and hands shake on a scale for 1-10....its a 9.

thank you for reading.

Answers:

I get the same thing
I have social anxiety, social phobia
My heart rate increases, I stop breathing, my muscles tense, I get jumpy, I shake/tremble, and I can't talk to someone unless they are my safe person (someone I feel comfterable wit)or with a safe person. I feel judged by people even if they just look at me. I know wat its like, I used to get extremely painful muscles tensions. I think you should see a physiologist, they can help u wether by talking with or giving u medication.
I curently get medication for the anxiety and talk with my psychologist. I think you should see one too.
Goodluck. Stay strong :)

People act differently with stressful situations. You may have generalized anxiety disorder. Make an appointment with your physician.

You may have had a hard life, but anxiety is a physical health problem. It's a symptom that your body isn't functioning properly, not that your life isn't going right. There are medications you can take to help with the anxiety if you see a doctor about it.

On a personal note, I had TERRIBLE anxiety for years and it turned out to be a symptom of celiac disease, which is an intolerance to gluten in your diet. It's actually a very common disease and the most common symptom (and often the only one) is anxiety. Definitely look into this. You may have other random health problems (like acid reflux or weight gain/loss, digestive issues) or you may not have any. But you'll kick yourself if the anxiety was that easy to fix and you didn't look into it (my anxiety was gone in 2 days on the gluten free diet).
