Red Bump from Stretching too hard?!

Question: Red Bump from Stretching too hard?
I warmed up and stretched for about an hour and then started my contortion training..I am completely new to it....but anywho I got done and went to take a a shower and noticed a quarter sized bump on my lower back that was red and stung to the touch....I got in the shower and it started to burn horribly bad! I don't know what it is or if this type of stretching caused it? Can anyone help!!! It was NOT there before : (

These are signs that you have herniated a disc. You can visit your doctor for a final verdict. If it turns out that you do have a herniated disc, he may prescribe you medication to ease the pain. You can also visit a chiropractor that may relieve the pain as well.

I got the same thing. I have no clue from where it came.

Point is it hurt, was big and even after 3 weeks its still a brown patch on my lower back.

I hope it fades so much.

Dry skin? Try some hand lotion. If this doesnt work go and see your doctor. Maybey you got stung by something like a bee or a wasp?
