Naturally Oily Skin | or | Teenage Guy Hormones?!

Hello.

I'm a 17 year old dude that's been struggling with oily skin for around 2 years now, or about since grade 9. When I was younger I had no acne or oily skin as I can recall. I'm hoping you guys can give me some good answers as to if it's caused by excessive androgen levels caused by puberty, or if it's because I have naturally oily skin.
