Scared of needles, blood and everything like that?!

i know how you feel.... i have the same problem. but what are you actually scared of??
the pain??
actually, no its not painful, stings a bit but does NOT hurt. i went to dominican and had to have a few shots before there, i was shaking for an hour before that, but once its over, its over, and you feel so proud to have done it.
is it the blood??
well, just close your eyes when having it done, and just think of all the good times you will have in milasia. get a friend to come with you, or tell the nurse about your problem and they may be able to help. if you must keep your eyes open, dont look at the needle. just look at your friend.
is it the actual needle??
shap objects can be scary, but they only go into your arm 1 milimetre. think of everyone who has benefitted from having needles, people with ilnesses, cured. like i said before, dont look at the needle. simple as.
is it the chemicals??
DONT be scared of the chemicals. the only bad thing they can do, is nothing. they are made to benefit your health, not worsen it. just ignore it and you will be fine.

ive had some bad things to do with the needles, once i was due for a filling and i bit the dentist because of the needles and i was scared. they had to gas me in the end.
if you want, tell the nurse if you faint to give you the needles anyway, but you dont have to do this if your uncomfortable with it.

go play with a needle.....atleast that might help u not be scared of them....but in terms of when needle is in u....count to 10 and dont look at it............i dont see what the big problem is, its inside all of us...so beautiful, so interestings...even these small things, the biochemistry of it makes life beautiful.....dont hate, appreciate...lol but seriously.....try not to look at needle while its in u...think of happy thoughts..dont pull out, it only lasts for 10 seconds of ur life...considering u may live to age 80 yrs...10 seconds is nothing and u will forget about it haha..
