Question: How can I get rid of my dark circles/bags under my eyes?

I am 13 and have had dark circles for as long as I can remember. I have a small allergy to cats and I'm around my neighbors cat outside, but my dark circles came before that. And it can't be sleep because I get 9+ hours sleep. Once I slept from 10pm to 11am and they were still there. What is a natural remedy to get rid of my dark circles? And my Dad has dark circle so I got them from him. Is there still a way to get rid of them. I hate them so much!

Get two spoons and put them in the freezer overnight and put them on you eyes (The back of the spoon) in the morning.
