Haha. You can't be serious. No, it doesn't and if it did, men all over the world would get cancer like they get the flu. You are probably referring to the fact that cancer patients are bald. Well, they lose their hair due to chemotherapy, one of the cancer treatments.
I really don't know what makes you think hair length has anything to do with cancer, unless your trolling, and I really don't get the point of doing this, but whatever.
The length of your hair does not impact on your odds of having cancer.
Moreover, anything that is known to cause cancer does not necessarily mean that they will cause cancer. For instance, a smoker will not necessarily develop lung cancer (or any other cancer for this matter).
