Yahoo Health Groups has some good groups including "SillyYaks" that has a huge reference of GF recipes and is a great support.
Try these cookbooks:
Bette Hagmans "Gluten Free Gourmet"
and Carol Fensters "Cookign Without"
I'm a super lazy cook so basically I make meals that are inherently Gluten Free (no bread included) and when I need to make a substituion i Use GF pasta such as TInkyada (the best I think!)
or Pamela's Products are great for baking.
Bob's Red Mill makes good flours for cooking also.
Cornstarch and other flours can be used as bases.
I could go on and on!
