Question: Im on prednisone which lowers your immune system and i caught a stomach virus, what do i do?
should i just let it pass or call my doctor. btw incase your wondering im on prednisone for ulcerative colitis so me having diharrea isnt a good thing. and its like my stomach hasnt been able to keep anything down, ive been throwing up too.

I highly suggest you consult your doctor. Being sick with like the flu and being on prednisone is not too much of a good thing and it is most definitly NOT fun. I have been there... They will give you meds to help with being sick, probably throw you some nausea meds also. Good Luck!

You definitely need to call your doctor, for all the reasons you mention.
